1. Click to the required product. 2. Select size, colour or quantity as required. Click "Add to basket". 3. Click "Proceed to checkout" next to the basket in the top right. 4. Check and confirm your order and fill in your details using the five steps below in the checkout. 5. After the last step in the checkout, a confirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail address. For your security, all communication that takes place between you and hooks.se will be encrypted, including the information sent to you when making a purchase. |

Here you can see which products you have selected and the total cost. Click "Next" to proceed to the next checkout step. The Next button will also appear in the different checkout steps. |
| Step 2 Customer details |
|
Enter your details here. The procedure depends on whether you are a returning customer or a new customer. These details are needed in order to provide you with the best service possible. The fields marked with a * are obligatory. Continue to step 3. New customer Enter your details in the field. Returning customer Click the "Returning Customer" link and enter your username and password, or customer number and postcode. Your saved details are automatically retrieved.

| Step 3 Payment/delivery |

You can pay by payment card.

| Step 4 Summary |
|
Penultimate step. If you are satisfied with your selection, please click "Submit Order" and confirm your order.

| Step 5 Confirmation |
|
You order has now been confirmed. A confirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail address. This assumes that you have filled in your e-mail address correctly under checkout step 2 (Customer details).

| Basket |
|
The products that you have selected are placed in your basket as soon as you click "Add to basket". You can view the products you have selected in your basket as well as the total cost.

Remove items from your basket  |
|
Click the black cross to the right of the order line. The basket will be updated and the product will disappear.

| Change your basket |
|
Before you have confirmed your order, you can make certain changes to your basket. If you want to remove a product, click the black cross on the far right. Update the number of products by completing the quantity field and clicking the green arrows. The basket is updated and the total amount will change. If you want to add further products, go back by clicking the Hööks logo, for example, or any of the menus and then browse to the required product.

Retrieve saved wish list  |

Use this button to find wish lists you have saved previously.

Save basket  |
|
Click this button if you want to save your basket for later use.
|
View basket  |
|
View the goods you have in your basket. If you want to confirm your purchase and submit your order, you must then click "Proceed to checkout".

To checkout  |
|
When you are happy with your purchase, "Proceed to checkout", check your purchase and confirm your order.

| Cancel or change your order |
|
Contact customer services immediately to change an order, always state your customer number and order number for the changes required. The order can still be cancelled if it has not been forwarded to our warehouse.

Search 
|
|
Write a word, name or item number in the SEARCH field. Click the "SEARCH" button! If you cannot find the product you are looking for, it has either been removed from our range, is temporarily out of stock or has not yet arrived in our warehouse.

The product is sold out and we are not getting any more into stock.

| Temporarily out of stock |
|
If a product is listed as Temporarily out of stock, this means that we will receive it into stock again. However, we do not know the exact date this will happen as different suppliers have different lead times. Keep an eye on our website to stay updated on the product's stock status.

|
The product is on its way to our warehouse. Please keep an eye on our website to stay up-to-date on the product's stock status.
