Outside in soft, smooth polyester with breathability, inside in polyester mesh that transports and absorbs moisture and thus helps to maintain a comfortable and dry temperature close to the horse. Attaches to the Reinvent rug with Velcro and a quick-release fastener at back. Easy Velcro fastener on shoulder. Removable elastic surcingles. NOTE: This is a liner blanket adapted in size to fit under an outdoor blanket, it is thus slightly shorter in back length and in depth to prevent outside moisture from being drawn under the blanket.
