Outside in soft, smooth polyester with breathability, inside in polyester mesh that transports and absorbs moisture and thus helps to maintain a comfortable and dry temperature close to the horse. Attaches to the Reinvent rug with Velcro and snap hooks at back. Easy Velcro fastener on shoulder. With removable elastic surcingles. NOTE: this is a liner rug adapted in size to fit under an outdoor rug; it is therefore slightly shorter in back length and in depth to prevent moisture from outside being drawn under the rug.
