Hööks Hästsport is the leading company in Scandinavia within its sector. The company sells everything for horses and riders, along with dog products. Products are sold online and through the company's own stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
You must be 18 years old to place an order at hookseurope.com or over 15 years with parental consent. Credit purchases may only be carried out by persons over 18 years.
All prices are quoted in EUR. A shipping charge of 7,90 € is payable on orders amounting to less than 100 €, see below for further details.
We do not dispatch orders amounting to less than 50 €. This applies to backorders as well.
When you confirm your order, your details are sent to our partner DIBS Payment Services AB, which checks the validity of the card and secures your payment. We accept VISA and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Diners.
When placing an order, the order amount is reserved on your account and cannot then be used to make other purchases. The amount is not charged to your card until your order is sent. If, for example, an item has sold out, the amount will be adjusted. If for some reason we are unable to dispatch your order within the timeframe stipulated by your card issuer, the reserved amount is released. If the card details that were submitted are incorrect, or if there is no reception, we reserve the right to dispatch your order against cash on delivery. In such cases, Brings's cash-on-delivery fee (currently ) will be charged.
Secure payments. DIBS Payment Services are PCI-compliant. DIBS transfers payments using SSL encryption, which is the industry standard for secure card payments and your card number is sent straight to the bank in encrypted form. We do not save/process any card numbers or CVC/CVV numbers in our customer database and store owners do not have access to your card information or your bank account.
Delivery and shipping
All our parcels are shipped with TNT (or DHL in Germany). The shipping charge is 7,90 € for orders of less than 100 €. We cover the cost of shipping for orders exceeding 100 €.

All our parcels are shipped with TNT (or DHL in Germany). We will pack and dispatch your parcel within 1-3 weekdays. Se the list below for number of days estimated for transportation. You can always track your shipment on the website of TNT (or DHL for Germany) by using the parcel id (this will be shown if you log in on "My Pages").
If the item you have ordered is in stock we normally dispatch it within 1-2 working days. Delivery may take a little longer during peak seasons (January–February and July–August). TNT´s/DHL´s delivery times are in addition to this and depend on your location. We will contact you immediately if the estimated delivery time is delayed and give you information about the delay and a new delivery date.

If an item is temporarily out of stock and this results in your order being divided up into several deliveries, we will monitor the order for you and deliver the order at a later date with no additional shipping/service charge (applies to goods with a value exceeding 50 €). If you do not wish to wait you can of course cancel the order.
Backorders worth less than 50 € are not dispatched but will instead be removed from your order, in which case the reserved amount on your payment card for this product will be released.
All items that are sent to you have transport insurance. If you discover that an item is damaged you need to inform Hööks within a reasonable period of time. To simplify the process, we recommend that you use the damage form that is printed on the reverse side of the invoice. For deliveries from us, we will cover the transport risk. You cover the transport risk for any returns.
When you shop at www.hookseurope.com you will initially receive a preliminary order confirmation. You will be sent a final order confirmation via e-mail once your order has been processed and entered into our order management system.
You can view current and any previous orders by creating an account on My Pages. You can also search for your parcels via parcel ID.
Exchanges and returns – 60-day money back guarantee
Hööks is happy to refund any items within 60 days (calculated from the date you receive your ordered goods), provided they are returned in the same state and quantity in which you received them, and a valid receipt is presented. For sale items you have a 14-day right of exchange/return. Keep in mind that for the returned products are to be considered as unused, these must be clean and dry. When used goods are returned, we will make an value evaluation of the goods. You will then get the money back for the goods minus the value of the deduction. The value deduction can extend up to 100% in case the products can not be sold again.
At this time, Hööks does not offer exchanges. To obtain your product in another colour or size, you must return the garment and order the new item through hookseurope.com.
If you wish to return any item/s you may send the package, using a postal service of your choice, to the address below. The customer is responsible for paying the return costs. All of our products can be sent with postal service.

Once we have received and registered your returned item/s in their original condition, we will refund the sum of the purchase into your account. It can take up to 14 days from the time you send your return until the refund shows up on your account.
Please note: The right of return does not apply to embroidered items, printed prize rosettes and books.
For purchases of sealed products (e.g. videos, computer games), the money back guarantee is annulled once the seal is broken.
If you wish to claim a refund on an item, you should first contact the store from which you purchased the item. If you made the purchase online or via customer services, contact customer services on +46 33 20 51 40.
You are entitled to claim a refund on a damaged or faulty item within 3 years, provided that the item was faulty at the time of delivery and you have enclosed the receipt of the item. We encourage customers to request a refund as soon as the fault is detected. 2 months are always considered as a reasonable time of notification. NB! Rugs and other articles must be clean and dry for a refund to be processed.
If we approve the claim, we reserve the right to first repair the item. If this is not possible, we will replace the item. Should the item be out of stock we will refund the purchase price and any shipping fees that you incurred in connection with the refund within 14 days.
As a consumer, you always have the right to contact Hööks Hästsport AB directly for assistance with complaints, returns or any other issues regarding your purchase or order.
