The back brace with its narrow front is practical if you spend a lot of time sat down, for example driving a car or riding. If, as a women, you have problems in your lower spine, you can still obtain a good fit over the hips by crossing the brace slightly at the front. To create optimum skin contact, there is a soft, removable rectangular pad in the back of the brace. This fills the air gaps that are created around the spine. This can be removed if, for example, you want to have a thinner brace under your trousers. The effect is still there as the whole brace contains ceramic textiles. Alternatively, if you want something that is extremely thin, you can use the separate rectangular pad on its own and let your trousers hold it in place. The belt is adjustable using Velcro fastenings. The ceramic material that is woven into the fibres reflects the body's own warmth, increasing blood flow. The heat means that the blood vessels expand and the blood flow increases. Can be used as a preventative measure or for known injuries.
