Shipping options and costs
•	Delivery is free for orders over €100, otherwise we charge a shipping fee of €7,90. The delivery method is determined by your local agent.

•	Delivery takes 2-5 working days depending on your location and postal service. Please note that remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Refund policy
You always have a 60-day refund period when you shop on hookseurope.com. Hööks Europe also offers a refund on sales items during 14-day refund/right of exchange period.
Returns
•	If you choose to send back your order, you will pay for the return shipping fee. The shipping fee varies depending on what delivery service you use.
•	To exchange an item, send it back using your local service and place a new order on hookseurope.com.
