Humans and animals radiate body heat both at rest and during activity, so the products can be used whenever is most convenient. The effect is greatest during activity when the body temperature rises and the reflection becomes stronger.
Our products work best in direct contact with the skin, but they also work with a thin layer of fabric underneath.
Only use the product according to the instructions and consult your doctor if symptoms persist. If you are undergoing medical treatment, consult your doctor if you unsure how the product could affect your treatment.
Do not use when pregnant.
Caution is recommended when using with ointments, etc., which may enhance the effect.
When you start using Back On Track
Our products should be introduced gradually to allow the body to get used to their effect. Use the product for a maximum of 4 hours on the first 2-3 days, then gradually increase the duration by one hour at a time.
